Tools to Help You Stay in Control

jiliasia gives every Philippine member practical options to manage their gaming activity. Use these tools any time — no questions asked.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account so your spending stays within a budget you are comfortable with. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered right away — increases require a cooling-off period to protect you from impulsive decisions.

Session Time Reminders

Choose how long you want each gaming session to last and we will send you a reminder when that time is up. Taking regular breaks keeps gaming enjoyable and prevents fatigue from affecting your decisions. You can set reminders from as little as 30 minutes up to several hours.

Take a Break

If you need a short pause from the platform, you can activate a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a break your account is suspended and you will not be able to log in or place any bets. This is a quick and effective way to reset without permanently closing your account.

Self-Exclusion

For members who feel they need a longer break, self-exclusion allows you to close your account for a minimum of six months or permanently. Once self-exclusion is active it cannot be reversed during the chosen period, giving you a firm boundary when you need it most. Contact our support team to activate this option.

Recognising When Gaming Becomes a Problem

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Knowing the warning signs early makes it much easier to get back on track before things escalate.

Gaming is meant to be a form of entertainment, not a way to earn income or escape from personal problems. When the enjoyment starts to fade and gaming begins to feel like an obligation or a compulsion, that is a sign worth paying attention to. The following are common warning signs that your relationship with gaming may need a closer look.

  • Spending more money than you planned or can afford to lose
  • Chasing losses by placing bigger bets to try to win back what you lost
  • Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not able to play
  • Neglecting work, school, family, or social responsibilities because of gaming
  • Borrowing money or selling belongings to fund your gaming activity
  • Hiding your gaming habits from family members or close friends
  • Feeling that you need to gamble with larger amounts to get the same level of excitement

If you recognise two or more of these signs in yourself, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion or take-a-break tools above, or to reach out to a professional support organisation. You are not alone, and help is available in the Philippines.

Gamblers Anonymous Philippines

Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other to recover from a gambling problem. Meetings are held regularly across Metro Manila and other major cities in the Philippines, and participation is completely free and confidential.
